Managing your account details
Keeping your details up to date helps everything run smoothly, so your orders, preferences and routine stay on track.
In your online account, whether you’re using the app or website, you can update:
- Saved addresses
- Marketing and contact preferences
- Personal details (name and date of birth)
- Security and settings
How to update your details
On the website
- Log in to your account
- Go to ‘My H&B’
- Select ‘My Account’
- Click ‘Account details & settings’
On the app
- Open the app and head to ‘Account’
- Tap ‘Account settings’
You’ll find your options listed there, ready to update.
What you can’t update in the app (yet)
At the moment, a couple of things still need to be managed on the website:
- Saved cards and payment methods
- Your email address
You can update these by logging into your account using a desktop or mobile browser.
We know being able to do this in the app would make things easier, and it’s something we’re working on.
