From 2 February 2026, we’ve introduced exciting changes to our loyalty programme and given it a brand-new name — H&B&Me.
We’ve shared full details of all the changes in the New Year, but here’s a reminder of what’s new…
Q) What’s changed and what’s stayed the same?
We’ve kept points at the heart of the programme, but we’ve made them easier to spend and given you more ways to earn them. Here’s a quick comparison:
Before (pre-Feb ’26)
Spending points: Quarterly vouchers
Points value: 4 points for every £1 spent
Flexibility: Set voucher value to spend in one transaction
Welcome bonus: 300 points
Earning points: Earn points by spending
Now (from Feb ’26)
Spending points: Vouchers are no longer issued — points are used instantly (in 50p increments)
Points value: No change — still 4 points for every £1 spent
Flexibility: Points can be spent whenever you like, across multiple transactions, in 50-point (50p) increments
Welcome bonus: No change — still 300 points
Earning points: Extra ways to earn points, not just through shopping
Q) Has the name changed?
Yes. Rewards for Life has become H&B&Me.
We’ve listened to customer feedback asking for more control, quicker access to points, and a simpler way to use them. The new name reflects a more personalised loyalty programme that works better for individual customer needs.
Q) What did I need to do?
Nothing at all. If you were already a loyalty member, your points have automatically carried over into the new system.
We continue to keep you updated in the app and by email, so you always know how your points are doing and how to get the most out of them.
Q) Do I still receive a voucher?
No. You can now use your points as soon as you’ve earned them, so vouchers are no longer issued.
Your points work just like money and are ready to use straight away — no more waiting for quarterly vouchers to appear online or arrive in the post.
Points can be spent whenever you like, as long as you have at least 50 points
Every 50 points = 50p off your shop
Points can be used online, in store, via the app, or at self-checkout
You choose how many points to use — for example, if you have 452 points, you can use 200 (£2.00 off) and save the rest
Q) How do I know how many points I’ve earned?
You can view your points at any time in the H&B App or your online account.
If you prefer not to use digital options, you can still check your balance and spend your points in store at the till. Your points balance is printed on your receipt — just ask a store colleague if you need help.
Q) Do my points expire?
Yes. Your points expire if you haven’t made a transaction with us in the last 12 months.
To keep your points active, simply shop with us at least once a year — online, in store, or through the app.
You can always check your balance and expiry date in the H&B app or your online account.
Q) Do I still receive a paper voucher in the post?
No. Because points can now be spent at any time, paper vouchers are no longer sent.
The easiest way to view your points is through your online account or the H&B App. If you’d rather not use digital options, our store colleagues can help at the till and make sure your points are applied when you shop.

Your points are always available digitally, and managing and spending them through the app or website is quick and easy.

Q) When was my last Rewards for Life voucher issued?
Your final Rewards for Life voucher was issued in December 2025, and it could be used until 01/02/2026.
