What is H&B&Me?
H&B&Me (previously known as Rewards for Life) is our loyalty programme designed to support you at every step of your wellness journey.
As a member, you’ll earn points every time you shop, whether that’s in-store, online, or through our app. You’ll also get access to exclusive Member Prices, a free birthday treat, and offers tailored to help your body feel its best.
How it works
- Earn 4 points for every £1/€1 you spend
- Get 300 points (£3/€3) when you make your first purchase as an H&B&Me member
- Choose how many points you want to spend in 50p/50c increments, in-store or online
- You only need a minimum of 50 points to start using them
It’s a simple way to give something back to your body as you build your routine.
How to sign up
Joining is quick and easy:
You’ll just need to create an account or log in with your existing email address, then click ‘Join H&B&Me’.
Where to check your points
Once you’re signed in, head to the ‘Rewards’ section of your account, either on the website or in the app.
From there, you can:
- View your points balance
- View your points history
- See your digital loyalty card and QR code to scan in-store
- Access exclusive member offers and benefits
So everything you need is in one place, ready when your body needs it.
Collecting points when you shop

Online:
Make sure you’re logged in, and your points will be added automatically at checkout. -
In-store:
Scan your personal QR code at the till using the H&B app. You’ll find this in the ‘Rewards’ section.
Don’t have the app yet? You can download it here and log in using your usual email.
If you can’t access your QR code, just share your details with a colleague at the till and they’ll make sure your points are added, so your progress stays on track.
Spending your points
You can start using your points as soon as you’ve reached 50 points.
They’ll come off your total at checkout in 50p (or 50 cent) increments.
Every point has real value:
- 50 points = 50p (UK) or 50c (Ireland)
- 100 points = £1 / €1
You can use your points:
- Instantly in-store or online
- As part payment on anything we sell, with no need to wait for vouchers
Your first purchase bonus
You’ll receive a 300-point bonus (£3/€3) when you make your first purchase as an H&B&Me member.
How it works:
- The bonus is added after your first purchase
- If your first purchase is a Click & Collect order, the points will be added once you’ve collected it
- If the order is cancelled, the points won’t be added
