What is H&B&Me?

H&B&Me (previously known as Rewards for Life) is our loyalty programme that puts you at the heart of your wellness journey.

As a member, you’ll earn points every time you shop, whether that’s in store, online, or through our app. You'll also get exclusive Member Prices, a free Birthday treat, and ability to gain access to exclusive offers.

How it works

  • Earn 4 points for every £1/€1 you spend
  • Get 300 points (£3/€3 worth) when you make your first purchase as a H&B&Me member
  • Choose how many points you want to spend in 50p/50c increments – in store or online
  • You only need a minimum of 50 points to start using them


How to sign up

Joining is quick and easy:

  • If you're in the UK, click here to join
  • If you're in Ireland, use this link to sign up

You’ll just need to create an account or log in with your existing email address, then click ‘Join H&B&Me’.


Where to check your points

Once you’re signed in, go to the 'Rewards' section of your account – either on the website or in the app. 
From there, you’ll be able to:

  • View your points balance
  • See your digital loyalty card number and QR code to scan in-store
  • Access exclusive member offers and benefits

 

Collecting points when you shop

  • Online: Make sure you’re logged in, and your points will be added automatically at checkout.
  • In store: Scan your personal QR code at the till using the H&B app, you can find this in the 'Rewards' section. Don’t have the app yet? You can download it here and log in using your usual email.

 

If you can’t access the QR code, just give your details to a colleague at the till and they’ll make sure your points added collected.

 

Spending your points

You can start using your points as soon as you’ve reached 50 points. They’ll come off your total at checkout in 50p (or 50 cent) increments.

Every point is worth real money:

  • 50 points = 50p (UK) or 50c (Ireland)
  • 100 points = £1 / €1


You can use your points:

  • Instantly in store or online
  • As part payment on anything we sell – no need to wait for vouchers

How this works:

You’ll receive a 300-point bonus on your first purchase as an H&B&Me member. 

If your first purchase as a H&B&Me member is a Click & Collect order, the points will be added to your account after you’ve collected your order. If you cancel the order, the points won’t be added.
