Do my points expire?
Your points will expire if you haven’t made a transaction with us for 12 months.
To keep them active, just shop with us at least once a year, whether that’s online, in-store, or through the app. That way, your points keep ticking along nicely as part of your routine.
Want to check your balance?
If you’re ever unsure about your balance or when your points are due to expire, you can check anytime:
- In the H&B app
- In your online account on the website
We’ll also send you a reminder email, so your points don’t slip away without you noticing.
Bonus points (500 / £5 incentive)
If you were eligible for the 500 / £5 bonus points incentive, these were part of a limited-time offer.
As shared in the original email, this was a time-bound incentive and any unused bonus points were removed at midnight on 17th February 2026. We’re unable to extend the expiry deadline.
