Your points will expire if you haven’t made a transaction with us for 12 months.
To keep your points active, just make sure you shop with us at least once a year, whether that’s online, in store, or through the app.
If you’re ever unsure about your balance or when your points are due to expire, you can check in the H&B app or in your online account on the website. We'll also send you a reminder email.
If you were eligible for the 500/£5 bonus points incentive, please note that these points were awarded as part of a limited offer. As outlined in the original email communication, this was a time-bound incentive and the unused bonus points were removed at midnight on 17th February 2026. We’re unable to extend the expiry deadline.
