You can reset your password in a few easy steps:
- On the top of our website click on the 'My H&B' button, or simply click here.
- Click on the 'Forgot password?' button.
- Enter your email address and press the 'Continue’ button.
- We will send you a verification email, with a link to create your new password.
- Click on this link and follow the instructions on the screen to set a new password.
- Log in using your new password.
Not receiving our password reset emails?
Check your junk or spam inbox. If the email isn't there, it's possible you don't have an online account and have only checked out as a guest before.
If you have a Rewards for Life account, receive marketing emails, or use your email in store, it doesn't always mean you have an online account - they are separate until you create an account online, then the accounts will be linked (as long as you use the same details to sign up with). If you haven't received a reset email this might be why, so we recommend you try to create an account.
