Resetting your password
You can reset your password in just a few steps, so you can get back to supporting your wellness routine without any hassle.
Here's how:
- Head to the top of our website and click ‘My H&B’, or simply click here.
- Select ‘Forgot password?’
- Enter your email address and click ‘Continue’
- We’ll send you a verification email with a link to create a new password
- Click the link and follow the on-screen steps to set your new password
- Once that’s done, you can log in using your new password
Not receiving your password reset email?
First, check your junk or spam folder, as the email can sometimes land there.
If you still haven’t received anything, it’s possible you don’t yet have an online account and may have previously checked out as a guest instead.
It’s also worth knowing that being an H&B&Me member, receiving marketing emails, or using your email address in-store doesn’t automatically mean you have an online account. These stay separate until you create an account online using the same details, then everything links together to help make supporting your body and wellness journey easier.
