Collecting your Click & Collect order
Just bring your order confirmation, either on your phone or printed.
If your order includes an age-restricted item, you'll also need to bring a valid photo ID. When you collect your order, one of our colleagues will ask to see it before handing over your purchase.
Don't worry, we'll remind you in your Ready to Collect email if your order contains an age-restricted item.
Please remember to bring your photo ID with you. If you're unable to show valid ID when asked, we won't be able to hand over your order.
