If you were previously a Rewards for Life member, you don’t need to do anything, your account and points will have automatically carried over into the new H&B&Me system at the start of February 2026.
We’ll also keep you updated in the app and by email, so you’ll always know how your points are doing and how to get the most out of them.
If you’re new here, you can join H&B&Me in-store with the help of our colleagues, or you can sign up yourself online.

Once you've entered your details, you'll receive an email verification and your new H&B&Me digital card will be created and attached to your online account. If you log in to your account online, you can view your points and digital QR code in the Rewards section.
If you'd prefer to sign up in-store, one of our store colleagues will be happy to help. If you sign up in store you'll need to create an online account before you can view your points and any available vouchers. Either way, you'll receive an email when you have points to spend with us.
Important: We no longer issue physical (plastic) loyalty cards. Whether you sign up online or in-store, your membership will be digital only.

With a H&B&Me account, every pound you spend with us earns you 4 points, 100 points equals to £1.00/€1.00. As long as you have a minimum of 50 points, you can spend your points in store or online.
