Already a Rewards for Life member?
If you were previously a Rewards for Life member, there’s nothing you need to do.
Your account and points were automatically carried over into H&B&Me at the start of February 2026, so everything continues to support your routine without interruption.
We’ll also keep you updated in the app and by email, so you can easily keep track of your points and get the most out of them as you go.
New to H&B&Me?
If you’re new, you can join H&B&Me in a way that works for you:

What happens next?
Once you’ve entered your details:
- You’ll receive an email verification
- Your digital H&B&Me card will be created and linked to your account
When you log in, you’ll find everything in the Rewards section, including your points and QR code, ready whenever you shop.
Signing up in-store?
If you sign up in-store, one of our colleagues will guide you through it.
To view your points and any available vouchers, you’ll just need to create an online account afterwards. Once you’re set up, we’ll email you when you have points ready to spend, so you never miss out.
Going digital
We no longer issue physical (plastic) loyalty cards.
Whether you sign up online or in-store, your membership is fully digital, making it easier to keep everything in one place and part of your everyday routine.

How your points work
With H&B&Me:
- You’ll earn 4 points for every £1/€1 you spend
- 100 points = £1.00/€1.00
- As long as you have at least 50 points, you can spend them in-store or online
It’s a simple way to give something back to your body as you shop for your wellbeing.
