Using Your Account at the Till
No card? No problem. Our store colleagues can find your account using your email address or postcode at the till, so you won’t miss out on any points.
If You’ve Got the App
Already have the H&B app? Great, it’s the easiest way to use your Rewards for Life card in-store. Just open the app and scan your digital card (the QR code) at the till whenever you shop. You’ll need to be signed into your account to access it.

Forgot to Scan Your Card?
If you’ve already made your purchase but forgot to use your Rewards for Life card, don’t worry, we can still help. Just keep hold of your receipt and get in touch with our Customer Service team. We’ll be happy to add your missing points for you.
A Few Things to Know
- You have 4 weeks from the date of purchase to claim any missing points, just make sure you still have your receipt.
- Store colleagues can’t add points after the transaction has already gone through, so this does need to go through our Customer Service team.
