If you’ve got the app
Already have the H&B app? Great, it’s the easiest way to use your digital H&B&Me card in-store. Just open the app and head to the Rewards section, here you can scan your QR code at the till whenever you shop to collect points. You’ll need to be signed into your account to access it.

You can also add your loyalty card to your Apple or Google/Android wallet from the app for even quicker access. We’ve put together a handy guide here.
Forgot to scan your card?
You have 4 weeks from the date of purchase to claim any missing points, just make sure you still have your receipt.
