Same day Click & Collect
Some of our products are available for same day Click & Collect, so you can get what your body needs without the wait.
If your chosen store has the item in stock and you order before 1pm, it can often be ready later that same day.
What you’ll see while shopping
As you browse, we’ll show you which products are available for same day collection.
When you add items to your basket, you’ll be able to see straight away what can be picked up today, keeping things simple and easy to plan.
Order before 1pm
If everything in your basket is in stock at your selected store and you order before 1pm, your order will usually be ready later that day.
We’ll send you an email or text as soon as it’s ready to collect, so you know exactly when to head in.
Ordering after 1pm? Still quick
- 1pm – 4pm: Usually ready the next day
- After 4pm: Typically ready within 2–4 days
These orders may be sent from our warehouse to your chosen store.
Before you head to store
There isn’t a set delivery time for Click & Collect orders, so it’s best to wait until you’ve received your ‘Ready to Collect’ message.

Good to know
Your order will be held in store for 14 days. If it’s not collected, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
Paid in store?
If you paid in store, you’ll need to return to the same store with your proof of purchase to receive your refund.
