How to add a new payment method
Keeping your payment details up to date helps make checkout smoother, so your wellness essentials and body-supporting favourites can get to you without interruption.
Once you’re logged into your account, you can add a new payment method here: https://www.hollandandbarrett.com/my-account/my-details/saved-payments
A quick note
If the payment details entered are invalid, the payment method won’t be accepted.
Updating the payment method for your Subscribe & Save orders
If you’d like to use your new payment method for any active subscriptions, you’ll just need to update this within each individual Subscribe & Save item.
Follow these steps:
- Log into your online account and click ‘My H&B’
- Select ‘My Subscribe & Save’ from the menu
- Click ‘Edit’ next to the subscription you’d like to update
- Select the ‘Change’ link next to the current payment method
- Choose your new payment method and click ‘Select this payment method’
- Click ‘Save Changes’ to complete the update
- Once everything’s updated successfully, you’ll see a confirmation message on screen
Important to know
If you have multiple items on Subscribe & Save, you’ll need to update the payment method separately for each subscription item.
This helps keep your deliveries running smoothly, so your routine stays supported without any unexpected payment interruptions.
