How does Click & Collect work?
You can order online and choose to collect your items from your local Holland & Barrett store or an Evri ParcelShop. If the items are in stock at your chosen store and you order before 1pm, they’re often ready the same day. We’ll let you know by email and text when they’re ready to collect.
How much does Click & Collect cost?
It’s free when you collect from a Holland & Barrett store.
If you choose to collect from an Evri ParcelShop, it’s free when you spend £25 or more, or £2.99 for smaller orders.
When will my order be ready to collect?

We'll send you an email and text when your order is ready. Please wait for this before going to the store.
What do I need to bring when I collect my order?
Just show us your order confirmation – either the email or text message. You don’t need to print it out.
How long will my order be held in-store?
You’ll have 14 days to collect your order from when it’s ready. If it’s not collected in that time, we’ll automatically cancel and refund it. If you placed and paid for the order in store, you'll need to return to the store with your proof of purchase to receive your refund.
What time can I collect my Click & Collect order?
There isn’t a specific collection time slot, so we recommend waiting until you’ve received your 'Ready to Collect' email or text before heading to store.
Once you've had confirmation that your order is ready, you’ll be able to collect it during normal store opening hours. You don’t need to collect it straight away, your order will be held in store for 14 days from the time it’s ready.
Can someone else collect my order for me?
Yes, that’s no problem. Please make sure they have your order confirmation (email or text) with them when they collect.
Can I change the collection store after ordering?
Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we’re not able to change the store location. If needed, you can let the order expire and place a new one.
Can I cancel or get a refund for a Click & Collect order?
If your Click & Collect order was paid for online, we’ll cancel and refund it automatically if it’s not collected within 14 days.
If you need to cancel earlier, we may be able to help depending on the status of the order, just get in touch.
I haven’t received a collection email yet – what should I do?
Sometimes emails can land in your junk or spam folder, so it's worth checking there first. If you still haven't received anything and it's been more than 2–4 working days, please contact us and we’ll check the status for you.
Can I use Click & Collect for my Subscribe & Save order?
Because of the way our Subscribe & Save orders are processed, they’re not available for Click & Collect at the moment. They’ll be sent to your home address automatically, using our standard delivery service.
What if my order is missing an item or there’s a problem?

Can I collect my order from a parcel shop?
Yes, we also offer Click & Collect to Evri ParcelShops:
- Delivery within 4 working days
- You’ll get a text when it’s ready to collect
- Evri will hold your parcel for 10 days
Is Click & Collect available for trusted seller items?
Items that are delivered by our trusted sellers aren’t available for Click & Collect.
Click & Collect is only available where items sold by our Trusted sellers are delivered by Holland & Barrett.
If your order includes items sold by H&B and Trusted sellers, you can still choose Click & Collect for the items sold by H&B. Items sold by Trusted sellers will be delivered separately to your chosen address.
