How does Click & Collect work?
Order online and choose to collect from your local Holland & Barrett store or an Evri ParcelShop.
If your items are in stock and you order before 1pm, they can often be ready the same day. If not, we’ll get them to your chosen store as quickly as possible.
We’ll send you an email and text as soon as your order is ready, so you can plan your day around it.
How much does it cost?
- H&B store collection: £1.99 or FREE when you spend £5
- Evri ParcelShop: FREE over £25, or £2.99 for smaller orders
When will my order be ready?

We’ll always confirm by email and text when it’s ready. It’s best to wait for this before heading to store.
What do I need to collect my order?
Just bring your order confirmation, either on your phone or printed.
How long will it be held?
Your order will be held in store for 14 days.
If it’s not collected in that time, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
If you paid in store, you’ll need to return to store with your proof of purchase to receive your refund.
When can I collect it?
Once you’ve had your ‘Ready to Collect’ message, you can pick it up anytime during store opening hours.
No need to rush, your order will be safely waiting for you.
Can someone collect it for me?
Yes, that’s absolutely fine. Just make sure they have your order confirmation with them.
Can I change the collection store?
Once your order is placed, we’re not able to change the store location.
If needed, you can let the order expire and place a new one that better fits your routine.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Orders paid online will be automatically refunded if not collected within 14 days.
If you need to cancel sooner, get in touch and we’ll see what’s possible.
I haven’t had a collection email yet
First, check your spam or junk folder.
If it’s been longer than expected (around 2–4 working days), get in touch and we’ll check it for you.
Can I use Click & Collect with Subscribe & Save?
Not at the moment.
Subscribe & Save orders are delivered directly to your home, so your routine stays consistent without needing to collect.

Can I collect from a parcel shop?
Yes, you can choose an Evri ParcelShop:
- Delivery within 4 working days
- You’ll get a text when it’s ready
- Evri will hold it for 10 days
Trusted Seller items
Items delivered directly by Trusted Sellers aren’t available for Click & Collect.
If your order includes a mix, H&B items can be collected, while Trusted Seller items will be delivered to your address.
We’ll make this clear at checkout so you know exactly what to expect.
