Having trouble logging in?
If you’re struggling to log in, don’t worry, there are a few quick things that usually get things back on track.
We know it’s frustrating when something simple like this slows you down, especially when you’re just trying to get back into your routine.
Try resetting your password first
A reset is often the quickest fix:
A few things to check
- Make sure your email address is entered correctly
- Wait at least 10 minutes for the reset email to come through
- Check your spam, junk or ‘other’ inbox just in case it’s landed there
Important to know
Having an H&B&Me account, receiving marketing emails, or using your email in-store doesn’t always mean you have an online account.
These are separate until you create an account online. Once you do, everything links together.
So if you haven’t received a reset email, it could be because an online account hasn’t been set up yet.
Not sure if you have an account?
Try creating one.
If you already have an account, you’ll see a message saying:
“The email you’ve used is already registered"
Even if you’ve ordered before, you might have checked out as a guest, which means no account was created.
