Updating your H&B&Me account details
If you need to change your name, address or email address on your H&B&Me account, it’s quick and easy to do online, so everything stays up to date and works smoothly with your routine.
If you already have an online H&B account
You can update your details by logging in at hollandandbarrett.com.
First head to My H&B, then My Account. Under Account details & settings, choose:
- Personal details to update your name, number, email address or add your date of birth
- Saved addresses to add, remove or update your primary address
Keeping your details current helps everything run seamlessly, whether you’re shopping in-store or online.
Signed up in-store?
If the email address linked to your H&B&Me account matches the one you use online, your details will link automatically.
When you sign up in-store, we’ll send you a verification email to get this set up.
