Updating your H&B&Me account details
If you need to change your name or address on your H&B&Me account, it’s quick and easy to do online.
If you already have an online H&B account
You can update your details by logging in at hollandandbarrett.com.
Head to My H&B, then My Account

Under Account details & settings, choose:
Personal details to update your name or add your date of birth
Saved addresses to add, remove or update your primary address
Signed up in-store?
As long as the email address linked to the H&B&Me account that you set up in-store, is the same as the email address you use to set up an account online, your account details will link automatically. When you sign up in-store we'll send you a verification email to do this.
Please note: You won’t be able to change the email address on your account. You'll have to create a new account with the new email address. For more information on this, visit How to change your email address on your online account for next steps.
