Returns
We hope you’re feeling good about your purchase and how it fits into your routine. If you do change your mind, that’s completely okay, we understand.
Here’s our returns policy:
You can return any unused item within 30 days of your original purchase date for an exchange or refund, so long as it is unopened, unused, in a saleable condition and the seals remain intact. You must have the original receipt or alternative proof of purchase.
Exclusions: medicines, food and cosmetic products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless they are faulty.
Faulty or damaged items
If something’s arrived not quite right, we’re really sorry about that.

In most cases, you won’t need to send the item back. If we do need it for a closer look, we’ll guide you through it step by step.
Returning in store
If it’s easier to pop into store, you can return your item there.
Please bring:
- Your receipt (for in store purchases)
- Your order dispatch email (for online orders)
Our store teams will sort your refund or exchange for you.
A few helpful things to know:
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
If that’s no longer available, we can offer an exchange or credit note - Orders placed and paid for in store need to be refunded in store
Returning by post (online orders)
If getting to store isn’t an option, you can return your order by post.
How to start your return
If you have your order number and email address:
- Head to our returns portal:
https://www.hollandandbarrett.com/returns-service - Enter your order number and email address, then click “start or track return”
- Select the item(s) you’d like to return and let us know why you're returning
- Choose your preferred return method and move to the next step
- Download your returns label or QR code
- You can use the same link anytime to track your return and see how it’s moving along
Returning items from trusted sellers
If your order was fulfilled by one of our trusted sellers, the return process is slightly different.
- If it was delivered by H&B, you can use our usual returns hub.
- If it came directly from a trusted seller, you’ll need to contact them and return it directly to them.

The seller will send you a returns label and explain what to do next. Make sure you use their label when sending it back.
