Here's our returns policy:
You can return any unused item within 30 days of your original purchase date for an exchange or refund, so long as it is unopened, unused, in a saleable condition and the seals remain intact. You must have the original receipt or alternative proof of purchase.*
Exclusions: medicines, food and cosmetic products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless they are faulty.

In most cases, you won’t need to return the damaged or faulty item. If we do need it back to investigate further, we’ll let you know and guide you through each step.
In store return:
If you wish to return your item(s) to one of our stores, please ensure you bring your receipt or an alternative proof of purchase.**
For online orders, please bring along your order dispatch email, either on your device or printed out. Our team members will assist you in processing a refund or exchange.
All refunds must be processed using the same payment method you used for your initial purchase. If, for any reason, you no longer have access to the original payment method, we will be pleased to provide you with an exchange or issue a credit note.
If you placed and paid for an online order with one of our colleagues in store, you will need to return to store to get a refund.

For orders placed on the website, if you can’t visit your local store you can return via post, here's how.

**If you don’t have a receipt, we can also accept your H&B&Me card (if it was linked to the purchase), or a screenshot or copy of the charge from your online or paper bank statement.
Returning something from a trusted seller
- If the item you're wanting to return was delivered by H&B, you can return it through our returns hub here.

If your item was fulfilled and shipped by one of our trusted sellers, it will need to be returned directly to that seller. Head over to our returns page here, where we walk you through how to contact the seller directly to get your returns label.
The seller will then send you a return shipping label and explain the next steps. Please make sure you use the label they provide when sending the item back.
