Your return options
When you start your return, you’ll be given a QR code. You can use this at:

Evri Parcel Shops
Most locations can scan your QR code and print your label for you -
Royal Mail Post Offices
Show your QR code and they’ll print the label when you drop it off -
InPost Lockers
Simply scan your QR code at the locker and drop your parcel in

If getting to a printer or drop-off point isn’t easy, we can send your return label or QR code to you.
Just get in touch and share:
- Your order number
- Your delivery postcode
- The address you’d like the label sent to
