If something doesn’t feel quite right for your body, you’ve got 30 days to return or exchange it, and it’s free and easy to do.
You can return your item in store or by post, whichever works best for you.
Returning in store
If you’d prefer to pop into store, our team will help you get everything sorted.
What to bring
- Your receipt (for in-store purchases)
- Or your order dispatch email (for online orders), on your phone or printed
How refunds work
Refunds go back to your original payment method
If you no longer have access to that method, we’ll offer an exchange or credit note instead
Web-in-store orders
If your order was placed in store with a colleague (sometimes called a web-in-store order), you’ll need to return to a store to process your refund.
Returning by post
If you ordered online and can’t make it to store, you can return your item by post.

How to return your item
- Head to the returns portal and start your return: https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post/Returns
- Search for Holland & Barrett in the retailer box
- Enter your order details
- Choose your preferred return method, drop-off or collection
- Follow the steps to complete your return
Make sure you have your order number and email address to hand, as you’ll need these to get started.
