Returning an item in store
If something doesn’t feel quite right for your body, you can return it to any of our stores and we’ll help you get it sorted.
What you can return
You can return any unused item within 30 days of your original purchase date for an exchange or refund, so long as it is unopened, unused, in a saleable condition and the seals remain intact. You must have the original receipt or an alternative proof of purchase. Exclusions: unless faulty, medicines, food and cosmetic products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged.
What to bring with you
To make things as smooth as possible, please bring:
- Your receipt or proof of purchase
- For online orders, your dispatch email (on your phone or printed)
Our store team will take care of the rest.
How your refund works
- Refunds are made back to your original payment method
- It can take 3 to 5 working days to land back in your account
- You’ll need your physical card to process the refund in store
If you no longer have access to your original payment method, we’ll offer you an exchange or a credit note instead.
Orders placed in store with a colleague
If you placed and paid for your order in store with help from a colleague, you’ll need to return to that same store for your refund.
Items from trusted sellers
Items sold by our trusted sellers can’t be returned in store.
