Important: Changing your address will not affect existing orders. Once an order is placed, an address cannot be changed. If you require further help with existing orders, Contact us.
To change an address on your account, start by visiting our website and signing in normally.
Then click on "My H&B", and then click "My Addresses" (as below).
Alternatively, if you're already logged in click on this link https://www.hollandandbarrett.com/my-account/addresses to go straight to your address section.
Click 'Edit' to be taken to the page where your details can be updated. This is where you can also change your default address, just select 'Set as Default'.
Editing an address:
You can add more than one address to your account. Just be sure to check you have selected and saved the correct default address (see below).
Adding a new address:
If you want to remove your default address, start by adding a new address, then set this as your default, you will then be able to remove your old address.
