If you shopped with us through an Avios link but your points are not showing as pending, this may take some time to appear in your Avios account.
Why might my points not be showing yet?
There are a few common reasons this can happen.
Tracking may not have completed
To track correctly, you must:
- Click the Avios shopping link
- Complete your purchase in the same browsing session
If you visited other websites, opened additional tabs, or used price comparison sites, tracking may not work.
Avios points are tracked and awarded by Avios, not by us as the retailer. Because of this, we’re unable to view or add Avios points to your account.
In most cases, purchases will appear as pending in your Avios account within a few days, but it can sometimes take longer for the transaction to be processed.
If your points have not appeared, please contact Avios directly through your Avios account or the Avios shopping portal, as they manage all tracking and investigations for missing points.
