Your order will be held in store for 14 days from the moment it's ready to collect.
If you’re not able to pick them up within that time, we’ll automatically cancel the order.
If you paid online, your refund will be processed automatically and returned to your original payment method. This usually takes 3–5 working days.
If you placed and paid for your order in store, the refund won’t be automatic. You’ll need to return to the same store so the team there can issue the refund in person.
Please be aware that we aren’t able to extend the collection window, so it’s best to collect as soon as you can.
