Changed your mind? Here’s how to exchange your item
Sometimes your body or routine needs something different, and that’s completely fine.
At the moment, exchanges are handled in-store only, so you’ll just need to pop into your nearest shop to swap your item.
Can’t get to a store?
No problem, you’ve still got an option.
You can return your item for free by post and place a new order for what suits you better.

Before you head in-store
To make things quick and easy, bring one of the following:
- Your receipt or proof of purchase
- Your dispatch confirmation email (printed or on your phone is perfect)
Our store team will take it from there and help you find something that fits your routine better.
A few helpful things to know
Can I exchange an opened item?
We can only exchange items that are unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition, with seals still intact.
How long do I have?
You’ve got 30 days from purchase to exchange or return your item.
What items can’t be returned?
Unless faulty, we can’t accept returns on opened medicines, food, or cosmetic products.
What happens during an exchange?
We’ll check the original price paid and apply it to your new item:
- If your new item costs more, you’ll just pay the difference.
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference (with proof of purchase) or offer a credit note.
