If you’ve just placed your order and had a change of heart, you're in the right place to act quickly.
You’ve got 30 minutes from placing your order to cancel it before we begin processing.
Within 30 minutes
If it’s been less than 30 minutes, you can cancel straight away.
Just enter your order number and email address into the cancel order form below and we’ll take care of the rest.
A quick heads up: once an order is cancelled, it can’t be reinstated. So it’s worth double-checking everything feels right before cancelling.

Missed the 30-minute window?
That’s okay, you still have options.
If your order has already started processing, you can return it within 30 days for free, so you’re not stuck with something that doesn’t suit your needs.

Once your return reaches us, we’ll handle everything and issue your refund automatically.

What happens after you cancel?
We'll send you a cancellation email confirmation and you’ll be able to see your order marked as cancelled in the My Orders section of your online account, so you can keep track of everything in one place.
Will I get a refund?
In most cases, there won’t be a refund to process as we don’t always take payment until 30 minutes after your order is placed. So if you cancel within that window, no money will have left your account.
If money was taken, this will be refunded back to your original payment method within 7 working days.
You might notice a pending payment depending on your bank. This usually clears within 24 to 48 hours, so there’s nothing you need to do.
H&B&Me points and cancelled orders
Here’s what happens to your points:
Points you’ve used
If you’ve spent points on an order that’s then cancelled, they’ll be returned to your account automatically. This usually happens instantly, but can take up to 48 hours.
No action needed from you.
You can check your balance anytime in the Rewards section of the app or your online account.
Points you’ve earned
Points are earned based on the value of your order.
If the order is cancelled, you won't earn points as the purchase hasn’t gone ahead.
