Please be aware that once an order is cancelled, it can't be reinstated.

Once we receive your returned order, we’ll take care of the processing and issue your refund automatically. Please allow up to 21 days for everything to be sorted.

If your order has been successfully cancelled, you’ll be able to see this in the My Orders section of your online account.
You might be expecting to see a refund for your cancelled order, but there’s no need to worry, we don’t take payment for the first 30 minutes after your order is placed. If you cancelled during that time, no money will have left your account, so you won't see a refund.
You may see a pending payment showing, depending on your bank. This will drop off automatically within 24 - 48 hours, so there’s no need to do anything, we’ve got it all in hand!
H&B&Me Points - Cancelled orders
- What happens to the points I’ve used/spent on a cancelled order?
If you’ve used your points on an order that’s later cancelled, those points will go straight back into your account automatically. There's nothing you need to do.
You can check your points balance at any time in the Rewards section of the app or your online account on the website.
- What happens to the points I've earned on a cancelled order?
When you shop with us, you earn points based on the value of your order. If you cancel the order, the points you earned from that order are taken back from your account.
