Waiting on your order? Here’s what to do
If your order’s taking longer than expected, we know that can interrupt your routine, especially when you’re relying on it to support your body day to day.
If we spot a delay on our side, we’ll email you to keep you updated.
And if you paid for next day delivery, we’ll automatically refund the delivery charge, so there’s nothing you need to do.
When should I get in touch?
Before reaching out, it’s worth giving your order a little extra time to move through the delivery network.

Standard delivery
Please allow up to 5 days from your expected delivery date.

Next day delivery or Click & Collect
Please allow up to 3 days from your expected delivery date.
Still not arrived?
If your order hasn’t turned up after this time, we’ll step in and get things moving again.

Delivery times at a glance
Here’s what to expect when everything’s running as planned:

Standard delivery:
Order before 10pm for delivery within 3 working days -
Next day delivery:
Order before 11pm (Sunday to Friday) for next day delivery
Orders placed on Saturday before 11pm are usually delivered on Monday -
Click & Collect:
Order before 1pm for same day collection (if items are in stock in your chosen store)
Orders after 1pm are usually ready the next working day
Deliveries arrive between 8am and 9pm, excluding Sundays and bank holidays.
A quick note: Delivery times can take a little longer during busy periods, but we’ll always show the most accurate estimate at checkout.
