We're really sorry if your order is running late. If we can see your order is delayed we'll let you know by email and if you've paid for next day delivery we will automatically refund the delivery charge, so you don't have to worry about having to get in touch!
For delayed next day delivery orders, we recommend waiting up to 3 days for your order to arrive. After this time, if your order still hasn't arrived please contact us and we can arrange a replacement or a refund.
For delayed standard delivery orders, we recommend waiting up to 5 days before getting in touch.
