What your order status means
Here’s what’s happening behind the scenes, so you know what to expect at each step:

Processing:
We’re getting everything ready for your routine, picking and packing your order.
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours, and we’ll email you as soon as it’s on the move.

Dispatched:
Your order has left us and is on its way to you.
You can track its progress using the link in your dispatch email or in the My Account section.

Out for delivery:
Your order is with the courier and nearly with you.
Keep an eye out for a delivery time slot so you can plan your day around it.

Delivered:
Your order has landed and is ready to support your body and your daily routine.
If you can’t spot it straight away, here are a few quick things to check:
1. Head to your tracking and click “Get more details” or “View tracking details” (this can vary by courier) to see the delivery photo and full drop-off information
2. Check if someone at home or a neighbour has taken it in for you
3. Have a look in any safe places around your property, your parcel may have been left somewhere secure
