Your health comes first, if you think you're having a reaction while using a product, please stop using it straight away.
If your symptoms are severe, spreading, or getting worse, seek medical advice without delay from a medical health professional, your GP, or by calling NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999.
Once you're safe and well, please tell us what happened so we can look into it. Please keep the product and it's packaging somewhere safe, including anything left inside, this will help our team with the investigation, if required.
Telling us what happened
Report it whichever way is easier for you, either by visiting a store or contacting us here.
Either way, please have the product name, the batch number if you have it (usually on the base or back of the packaging), and a summary of what happened while using the product.
If you're going into a store, bring your proof of purchase, this can be either a receipt, or a bank statement if you paid on your loyalty account. Without it we may not be able to process this in-store, but we'll still review your report.
A member of our team will be in touch within 48–72 hours to gather more details.
We're sorry you've had this experience, and we're here to help.
