Missed your delivery?
If you weren’t in when your parcel arrived, don’t worry, your order will still be on its way to you.
Our couriers will usually make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning your parcel back to us.
What happens next?
If a delivery attempt wasn’t successful, the courier will normally try again the next working day.
You may also receive updates or options from the courier to rearrange your delivery via the tracking link.
If your parcel is returned to us
If all delivery attempts are missed, your order will be sent back to us and we’ll automatically process a refund, so you can reorder what you need.
