Didn’t get a confirmation email?
We’re sorry you haven’t received your confirmation, especially when you’re expecting things to move quickly so your routine can stay on track.
There are a few common reasons this can happen, and most are quick to check.
First, check these

Spam or junk folder:
Your confirmation email may have landed there. -
Email entered at checkout:
A small typo can stop the email reaching you. -
Your H&B account:
Head to My Orders. If you can see your order there, it’s gone through successfully.
Check your payment
Take a look at the account you used to pay:
- If you see a pending payment, it could mean the order didn’t fully go through
- If your order hasn’t appeared after about an hour, it’s likely it wasn’t completed
If that’s the case, the pending payment will usually clear back to your account within 24 to 48 hours.
A quick note on payments
- Pending payments are held by your bank, not by us
- These are normally released automatically within 24 to 48 hours
- PayPal may take a little longer, sometimes up to 21 days, depending on their process
If you have questions about a pending payment, your bank or payment provider will be able to give you the most accurate update.
