We're sorry to hear your order hasn't quite gone to plan.
If your parcel has been returned to us it is likely that it has been accidentally damaged on its way to you, or the driver has had difficulties delivering your parcel.
Once the order arrives back at our warehouse a refund is arranged hassle-free so you can re-order the items.
If you used points as part payment towards your order they'll be automatically added back to your account. There’s nothing you need to do.
Please be aware it can take up to 21 days from the day the item is returned for your order to be refunded.
