If your parcel has been sent back to us, it’s usually because it was damaged in transit or the courier wasn’t able to deliver it successfully.
What happens next?
As soon as your order arrives back at our warehouse, we’ll automatically process your refund, so you can reorder what your body needs without any extra steps.
Refunds can take up to 21 days from when the parcel is returned to us.
If you used points, these will be added back to your account automatically.
